David is an innovative technology leader with 30 years of US Navy experience. He built and led multiple high-functioning, generative teams with members from competing companies, military branches, government agencies, and foreign nations. During his career, he developed and delivered remote-sensing satellites, airborne radar systems, AI-enabled decision support and intelligence software, and communications and networking solutions.

Today, he is passionate about applying those experiences and skills to helping leaders and teams develop the perspective they need to navigate today’s constantly shifting landscape, realize their visions, identify unexplored opportunities and solutions, and focus on the important, not just the urgent.
